Registrations:
- Registrations for attendees: In line with the wider EuroVis registration process, attendance at the virtual EuroVA workshop will be free! You will be able to join a live Youtube video stream and ask questions to the authors. You are still expected to register for statistics purposes which you can access through this link.
- Registrations for presenting authors: For each paper being presented, the presenting author (or a chosen corresponding author) will need to pay the registration fee that will be used to cover the publication costs associated with the “Gold Open Access” model that the Eurographics association employs, i.e., only a single fee per paper needs to be paid. You can find further details and the registration links here.
Virtual EuroVA: Papers will be presented in a format similar to previous conferences with the difference that paper sessions are streamed to Youtube. Attendees will be able to listen to the talks on a live Youtube stream and will be able to post questions on Youtube as comments which will be monitored by a session chair and technicians. Each paper presentation will be followed by a live Q&A session where sessions chairs will gather questions from the audience from the live Youtube session and our Discord channel and ask them to the authors who will be on the live video chat to respond. There are regular updates on the main EuroVis pages on the process above and we will post further links and details as EuroVA approaches. If you are a presenter, please check Presentation Guidelines for Authors for more details on how to prepare for your talk.
Programme: We now have a preliminary programme for this year’s EuroVA available. Please note that the timings are still aligned with Sweden’s local time and the general program of the week is available on the main conference page.
